Pilates Barre

​Mat

Kat Pilates Mat Classes range in Difficulty from Beginners to Advanced and are based on the teachings of  'Joseph Pilates' (founder of the Pilates Method.) There is always a great atmosphere in Kats classes and great attention to detail.

Beginners Fundamentals Block

Kats 'Beginners Fundamentals Block ' teaches the Novice Pilates Participant from the Very Beginning. This Course focuses on the Principals of Pilates and how to Breathe, focus and Control the body through Beginner Levels. This course is offered once a week for a 6 week block. 

Beginner - Mat Pilates classes are offered on request and as a block. This class is essential for those new to the technique or those with injury or pregnancy. Kats Beginners Classes are for a small group and cater for the needs of the Participant. 

Mat - Intermediate/Advanced Classes are offered to those who understand the Fundamentals of Pilates. Levels ranging from Beginners to Advanced are offered and the class is more fast-paced than that of the Beginners.

Power Pilates is an Advanced Level Pilates class that is a non-stop 45 minute planned class.  Participants must have a broad knowledge of Pilates Moves to participate in this Class. Power Pilates often requires use of Balls, Bands, Foam Rollers, Circles and Therabands to advance. 

 

 

​Squat City Booty Camp

Squat City Booty Camp is a Boot Camp Like no other!! Squat City is a 6 Week Booty Camp that incorporates Pilates Principals, Pilates Barre Techniques, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Cardio and Strength. The Bootycamp also offers Fitness assesments pre and post camp so Participants can monitor their results. Nutrition support is offered and the Booty Camp addresses all ages, injuries, and lifestyles of participants to get full results. It's a great 6 weeks of Fun, Friends and Fitness. Book Now!!

Pilates Barre Classes are a fusion of Pilates Principals and Ballet Barre Strengthening exercises. Unlike other Barre classes, Pilates Barre runs at a slower pace, focusing on the strength and technique of the move rather then too much emphasis on the cardio element.

Pilates Barre accents the use of Core stability and breathe to address each move and strongly follows Pilates principals and guidlines.

This 60 minute Class will have you feeling muscles you never knew existed!
